Alpha Care Ambulance Service Ltd  was founded in 2002 by Jude La Motte - a highly experienced State Registered paramedic and Ambulance service manager.

ACA's specialist services have been designed to address recognised issues in the transport of high dependency patient's through-out the UK and the needs of organisations that require medical service cover during sporting and public events.

ACA currently provides specialist event cover to corporate, public and sporting events (including motor sport and equestrian) throughout the UK
